Our fixed-price service means we have to set limits but we’ve tried to be sensible. These are the ones that are too open-ended or outside our control to cover.
* Hardware, software and services that we don’t supply, though we can include many items by prior agreement
* Installing new equipment (minor items are covered at our discretion)
* Tuition
* Gross negligence and force majeure
